By accessing or using Waitra, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Waitra is a software platform that helps founders and teams run referral-powered waitlists with leaderboards, rewards, and fraud protection. You can create waitlists, embed forms, track referrals, and run campaigns designed to grow signups through word-of-mouth.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

- Keep your login credentials secure
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for unlawful or abusive purposes

- Manipulate referral counts, leaderboards, or rewards (e.g., fake signups, bots, or abuse of referral links)

All content, branding, and technology on Waitra are our property and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, resell, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without our permission.
6. Payments and Billing
Some features of Waitra are provided for a fee. You agree to:
- Provide valid payment information when required
- Authorize billing for applicable charges
- Abide by our refund and cancellation policy as shared at the time of purchase
7. Fair Usage
To ensure fairness and sustainability for all users:
- Plans may include reasonable usage limits (e.g., signups, waitlists, API usage)
- If your usage consistently exceeds fair limits, we may contact you to upgrade or adjust
- Automated abuse, scraping, or violating rate limits is not permitted
Our goal is to support genuine usage, not to restrict you unfairly.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Waitra for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time.
9. Limitation of Liability
Waitra is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for any loss or damages resulting from your use of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise agreed.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Waitra after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
